A Selection Of Recent Jobs 

1)  my ibook has developed a problem where it goes to a black screen before the fans turn on and the computer requires resetting. It will no longer turn on unless i press in a certain spot.I believe the problem is with a certain chip, the chip requires re-soldering as it has cracked, this is then causing the ibook to freeze and switch off.

2) I have recently upgraded my mac g4 Emac 512 RAM from panther to tiger, and at first it was all working fine. I then found that my old modem was not compatible with this operating system and had to upgrade that too. After not switching my mac on for about a week, when I did I found that everythig on my desktop had gone, my itunes and iphotos libraries are empty and I am unable to connect to the internet despite having gone through the troubleshooting process with my internet provider who say I am definitely connected and that it must be a computer/browser issue. 

3) hi, my mc appears to have died, i accidentaly spilled some water onto the keyboard and it instantly turned off,ive found out my applecare ran out in december, so was just wondering about pricing up to get it fixed/see if its cheaper to just buy a new one.

4) Hi there, We need someone to sort out our Mac/internet connection. Since changing to a Mac three years I have been having problems. These have got worse recently and now, although we are on broadband, the connection is fairly erratic, the wireless printer no longer connects and sometimes we can be offline for a whole day...and we run a business from home. When we send files people tell us that because we use a Mac they can't open them. Woe, woe!!!! Is it something you might be able to help us with?
